Private Culinary experience with making potica
We will pick you up in a comfortable van at the agreed location in Ljubljana and take you to our home kitchen, 15 minutes away. To start the day, we will welcome you with a selection of homemade delicacies: salami, spreads, cheeses, freshly baked bread, and a glass of excellent Slovenian wine or juice. Then, we’ll put on our aprons and dive into making potica! What an adventure! We will prepare the dough, spread the filling, carefully roll it up and bake it to perfection. Potica is a well-known traditional Slovenian dish and is geographically protected. We will teach you exactly how to make it perfectly. We cherish our Nonica recipe, as it is a valuable part of our rich cultural heritage.

But first, come visit us. How? Easy. Luka will pick you up at your chosen location and drive you to our home kitchen, just 15 minutes from the center of Ljubljana. There, Alenka will be waiting with a table full of homemade treats. Get ready for laughter, hugs, stories, and a true culinary adventure. This isn’t just a workshop – it’s a discovery and lots of fun! How can a small ball of dough be stretched across the entire table? Impossible? Not at all.
Come and we’ll show you how to make štruklji the way our Nonica used to – authentic and traditional.
